Auditions for the production are as follows. Dancers of all skill levels are welcome, and there is an audition fee of $15. Proper dance attire and proper hair is required.

Ages 8-14: 1:30 PM Registration, 2:00 PM Audition
Ages 15-adult: 3:30 PM Registration,  4:00 PM Audition

The Jacksonville Ballet Theatre offers finest instruction in classical ballet and has been doing so for four decades under Artistic Director and Founder, Dulce Anaya.

Before establishing JBT, Ms. Anaya enjoyed a long career as a world-renowned prima ballerina. Her career took her around the world. Many of the greatest choreographers, including George Balanchine, created ballets specifically for Ms. Anaya

       Her ballet style and technique is well recognized in the world of ballet.

JBT is more than a dance studio. 

JBT is a ballet company. At a dance studio, students attend classes and perform in a year end recital. At JBT, students are part of a team of dancers that train together. They demonstrate their dance skills on-stage in several performances each year. They dance alongside internationally renowned guest artists in major professional-level productions. Students also have the opportunity to attend workshops and intensives with highly skilled guest artists.
